ADVERTISING IN THE 2011 IOGA MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY

IOGAWV Members have three ways to advertise in the IOGA Directory. Signing up is easy!

1. Your first option is listing your business within the Yellow Pages section. The cost is only $20 for your initial listing in the Yellow Pages, with each additional listing reduced to $10 per listing. You may list in as many categories as you choose. Click below for an alphabetical listing of our current listing category choices. Print this document and the Yellow Pages Listing form (Form # 1), choose the category or categories that best describes your business, product or service, complete and send it to the IOGAWV office with your payment. Should you have a product or service that does not fit a pre-existing category, please feel free to suggest a new category on the enclosed form.

2. Your second option is to place an advertisement within the Yellow Pages. Simply complete and return the Yellow Pages Advertisement form (Form # 2) with your camera ready ad copy. Advertising rates are clearly identified on the form.

3. Your third option is to place your advertisement on one of the tabbed page dividers. These pages will be available on a first come first served basis. Ads will be sold on both sides of each tabbed page. Please make your selection from the following: Member Listing, Member Employees, Members by Location, Yellow Pages, IOGA, Cooperating Industry Associations, or Governmental Listing. When making your selection, please indicate your first, second and third choice on the Tabbed Divider Page Advertisement form (Form # 3). Return this form with your camera ready ad copy. Note that ads on these pages will only be available in full and half page sizes and may be in color. Again, the corresponding rates are identified on the attached form.

In order to be listed in the Yellow Pages or advertise in the 2011 directory, we must receive your completed form(s), "high resolution ad copy" and your payment in the appropriate amount no later than Friday, September 24, 2010. ADVERTISING IN THE IOGA NEWS

Advertising is available to members and nonmembers of Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia, Inc. in monthly issues of IOGA News. Contracts are for a one-year period, then month-to-month until new contracts are issued or until you cancel your ad. Any contract so extended on a month to month basis shall be at the then applicable rates for the ad size chosen. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date.

Ads should be camera ready. The publication is generated in PageMaker 6.5 for PC, so please submit ad copy on CM-ROM or diskette accompanied by hard copy. If ads are not submitted camera ready, additional production charges will apply at $100 per hour. All ad copy is due the first of the month prior to publication (i.e., February 1 for the March issue).

Ads can be run each month throughout the year or in any combination you choose. Ad copy may be changed during the duration of the contract, but must be submitted in the time frame listed above.
